scan2fix is operated by Veluna Elara LLC as part of Veluna Rent, a California landlord compliance and maintenance dispatch platform. Landlords use Veluna Rent to track compliance deadlines and manage repairs; scan2fix is the simple, no-login door tenants walk through to report an issue.

The relationship, plainly

If your landlord uses Veluna Rent, the QR stickers around your unit are generated through that platform and reports you submit are routed to your landlord and the vendor they assign — not sold or shared for marketing. Vendors you're connected with are your landlord's own contacts, or professionals suggested to your landlord pending their approval. scan2fix does not vet, endorse, or guarantee any vendor, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
