Is my report shared with anyone besides my landlord?
Your report goes to your landlord and the vendor assigned to fix the issue. It isn't sold or shared for marketing.
What if it's an emergency?
For anything life-threatening, call 911 first. If you smell gas, leave the unit and call your gas company's emergency line before filing a report. scan2fix is for non-emergency repairs.
